Support and financing

University research is becoming increasingly dependent on external financing. By providing support to research initiatives and awarding funding for artistic development, the Faculty of Fine, Applied and Performing Arts and The Board for Artistic Research aims to stimulate colleagues to apply for external financing and thus realise their research ideas and innovations.

for artistic development work

Each year the Faculty of Fine, Applied and Performing Arts, (via the Board for Artistic Research), grants between 700,000 and one million Swedish crowns in funds for artistic development work to teachers active in the arts and employed by the Faculty. A dozen or so projects are financed each year.
