The Faculty of Fine, Applied and Performing Arts was established in 2000 and comprises seven schools/institutes of the arts.

The Faculty of Fine, Applied and Performing Arts at the University of Gothenburg offers first cycle (undergraduate), second cycle (master’s) and third cycle (doctoral) education within a broad spectrum of disciplines such as: film directing, photography, music, drama, musical, opera, design, crafts, fine arts and literary composition.
